8/11/08 Pasadena, CA...The Design Review Board has granted 100% design approval to Crown Medical Center. Located in the heart of downtown Pasadena, along the Rose Parade route, this 112,252 square foot Class "A" Medical Office Building has 16,200 SF of street level Restaurant/Retail and ample setback for sidewalk cafe outdoor dining. The four story structure sits atop a five story underground Parking Garage for 400 cars. Designed by BOE Architects and LEED certified by BOE Eco-Tects, this project was designed sustainably and has been filed with the USGBC for LEED Silver Certification.
