11/26/07 BOE Architects Pasadena Office relocates to a bigger location!
Still located in the heart of Old Town Pasadena, BOE Architects corporate office has expanded its facilities to accomodate new employees.
11/1/07 Construction Completed on Rose Retail Center.
Construction was recently completed on Rose Retail Center in Benicia, California. The center is completely leased out and all tenants have occupied their respective spaces. With pending ordinances limiting the number of national retailers in this particular community, BOE was successful in obtaining the Conditional Use Permits required to build this center to be occupied by national tenants such as McDonalds, Quiznos, Starbucks and Long's Drug Store.
8/28/07 Design of Hawthorne Mall was approved by City Council.
The culmination of more than two and a half years of working with City staff was rewarded when the Hawthorne City Council approved the Enviromental Document...adding the final conditions and instructing staff to prepare the final document. This approval paves the way for 819,300 square feet of commercial/retail/office development and 285 dwelling units. The adaptive re-use of the existing Hawthorne Mall represents a revitalization of an important property and a renewal of the City's urban core.

mixed-use development “Hacienda Village” was recently
selected by the La Puente Redevelopment Agency from among four different
entries.
BOE’s design for the 11.3 acre mixed-use development
“Hacienda Village” was recently selected by the La
Puente Redevelopment Agency from among four different entries. Hacienda Village provides a 196,500 sf retail facility
for an anchor tenant. The perimeter of the property is circled by an additional
53,500 sf of restaurant and retail shops. A plaza at the intersection
with a water feature creates an identity for the center as well
as providing a pedestrian destination and outdoor dining venue.
